I had 13812 open for a while, without making any moves. I finally went, and beat it on my first try.

I did a google search on the subject of freecell, and learned some interesting things. One is that game 11982 is supposed to be impossible.

No, I'm not. Speaking of which, though, you can only select 32000 freecell games, but ... uh... I was about to say that all 52 cards are unique, and all 52 initial positions are unique, so there should be 52! = 8 * 10^67 possible games. But that's actually wrong. Compleletely swapping columns of identical length (ie, any 7 column with another, or any 6 column with another) results in essentially the same game. And completely swapping two suits (switch every heart with a spade of the same...

Are you playing them straight through in numerical order?

I started doing that about a year ago, in hopes to do them all on my first try. I think I'm up to #12 now.
